To Enter No purchase or obligation necessary to enter. Sweepstakes runs from March 4, 2008 to March 29. 2008. You will be automatically entered in this Sweepstakes when you pre-order the How to be a Megastar Live! CD/DVD through the Roof Dwellers online store or enter for a chance to win by sending an e-mail with your name, address, city, state, zip code and daytime telephone number to contests@roofdwellers.com or by printing your name, address, city, state, zip code and daytime telephone number on a 3 1/2" x 5" piece of paper, and mail to: Roof Dwellers Ticket contest care of UltraStar Entertainment, LLC. 45 Main Street, Suite 636, Brooklyn , NY 11201 . 3. Drawing Winner(s) will be chosen in a random drawing on or about April 8, 2008. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received.  Only one entry per person will be included in the Sweepstakes. 4. Prize The Grand Prize will be awarded to one winner and will consist of four (4) tickets to the Blue Man Group stationary theatrical production of their choice in the United States ( Boston, Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Orlando). These tickets are subject to availability. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is US$400. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of any prize permitted. Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All tickets must be redeemed for the same show at one of Blue Man Group’s stationary theatrical productions in the United States. The prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2008. 5. Eligibility The sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older and members of Roof Dwellers as of March 4, 2008. Those that pre-order the CD/DVD that are not legal residents of the United States and/or are under 18 years of age and/or are not members of Roof Dwellers as of March 4, 2008 will not be eligible to win. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor(s) and their respective affiliates are ineligible. 6. General Conditions By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s), which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entry constitutes granting the Sponsor(s) permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and any statements about the Sweepstakes for publication purposes without any additional compensation. All federal and state taxes on prizes and any other expenses related to the use of any prize including gratuities and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or if such entrant is found to be ineligible or does not comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. The prize winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release, which must be executed and returned within one week of receipt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in forfeiture of any prize. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor(s) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 7. Limitation of Liability The Sponsor(s) are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related material; stolen, incomplete, lost, or unavailable network connections; or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission. The Sponsor(s) are not responsible for any damage to any participant’s computer system or software related to or resulting from participation or downloading of any materials related to this promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding any email entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned to an email address by an online service provider or similar organization). If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor(s) which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor(s), corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes and may conduct a drawing and select a winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. Sponsor(s) assume no responsibility for any unforeseen events that disrupt the Sweepstakes schedule. The Sponsor(s) reserve all rights in awarding any prize hereunder. 8. Governing Law/Jurisdiction All issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or the Sponsor(s) in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Each person who participates in the Sweepstakes irrevocably agrees that the state and federal courts located in New York, New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit or other proceeding arising out of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, and hereby waives any claim that it is not subject personally to the jurisdiction of said courts or that any such suit or other proceeding is brought in an inconvenient format or improper venue. 10.
